
Deanna Wallace is the founder of All As One, and the worldwide Executive Director. She has been involved in the field of international child welfare for over 25 years, and has worked, lived and traveled extensively in several African countries. She currently divides her time between Sierra Leone and the US. Deanna is the mother of 12 children – two by birth, and ten by adoption from Korea, India, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and the US.
Steven Amara is the Country Director for Sierra Leone, and oversees all of the staff and the ongoing work in Sierra Leone. He has been with All As One since 2000, when we first began in Sierra Leone. He worked with Doctors Without Borders (MSF Belgium) during the war, and was one of the people in charge of their displaced camp in Bo, Sierra Leone. He has also worked with other non-governmental organizations in Sierra Leone.
In Sierra Leone, All As One employs only Sierra Leone nationals – approximately 40. In our supporting offices outside Sierra Leone, most of our staff serve as volunteers.
Matthew Morgan-Jones is the Country Director for Dubai, UAE. He has adopted four children from Sierra Leone and began working with All As One in 2005.
BJ Plaster has been working with All As One since 2000, and heads up our US office. She formerly worked for twenty years in the social services field for an organization working with mentally challenged adults. She has also been a foster parent and group home leader.
Sia Nyuma , a state-registered nurse, heads up our clinic in Sierra Leone. She has been working with All As One since 2002.
Jen Brauer is a professional artist who volunteers as All As One's Creative Director, overseeing the production of all print materials, artwork and web design for the organization. She can be reached at jen@allasone.org.

M.S. in Human Services Administration. Currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Washington State Speaker of the house. Formerly a political consultant on health, housing and civil rights issues. Master's thesis on the barriers to cross cultural exchange with Africa. She has traveled to Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal, a leader for Crossroads Africa, in Cote d'Ivoire, faculty member for the National Conference of State Legislatures in Algeria, Niger and Senegal, and as a consultant for the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids on tobacco control in Nigeria.
Lynn Coulibaly, Co-Chair
Retired nursing and hospital administrator
Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Oregon and was a Certified Nurse Administrator, Advanced before retirement. Served for eighteen years as part of General Hospital Medical Center¡¯s Executive Management Team, Everett, Washington.
Eva Lemmons, Secretary Risk, Safety and Security Manager Washington State
Monitors staff competencies in the use of security systems and equipment as well as the performance of security related duties. Coordinates with the Department of Social and Health Services, Department of Corrections, Local Law Enforcement, Emergency Management Division and Federal Homeland Security and other appropriate stakeholders in developing appropriate emergency management mitigation and recovery strategies, safety and security measures and protocols.
Kathryn Roseth, Treasurer Chief Operations Officer Plymouth Housing Group
Master in Business Administration. Responsible for social services, compliance, capital projects and commercial leases for nonprofit housing group serving single adults coming from homelessness.
Ramona Tascoe, MD
Physician, Internal Medicine
Award-winning international public and social health advocate who has worked around the world with the United Nations, major medical associations, and various NGOs. Chair of the International Affairs and Women's Health Sections of the National Medical Association and served as a senior medical consultant for Kaiser Permanente International, working on a project to develop a health-care delivery system in Angola. She has also worked on behalf of the over 5,000 victims of the 1998 US Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.

James Wallace Retired school administrator
Former teacher, coach and school administrator. Also assisted in the development and management of a personal improvement program which was franchised in the US and Canada.
Jennifer Stutzer, J.D. Attorney-At-Law
Attorney and government relations liaison. Formerly a Huntoon Fellow with the Buck Law Group in Seattle, Washington, a firm concentrating on land use, environmental issues and civil litigation, she worked in Olympia during the 2008 legislative session. She received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in May 2005. While in law school, Jennifer represented criminal misdemeanor defendants as an APR Rule 9 Intern. She is interested in international affairs, political and judicial campaigns, and local environmental restoration projects.
