It explains how All As One and All As One UK use and protect any information that you provide to us via our website. Nothing is changing regarding how your information is processed.   • Any donations made, particularly where we can claim back Giftaid (in the UK); In order to meet HMRC requirements in the UK, this information needs to be kept for at least seven years.

    The UK Data Protection Act of 1998 allows UK residents to receive details of any personal information we may hold about you. We will happily provide this information to our supporters outside of the UK, as well.

    Residents of the UK may make a request in writing to All As One UK for any personal information we may hold, by emailing ukdirector@allasone.org.

    Residents of the US and other countries may make a request in writing to All As One for any personal information we may hold, by emailing info@allasone.org.
